ROSGVARDIYA Victor Zolotov presented to the president of the country Vladimir Putin offers on the organization of a turn of the weapon to Russian Federation. So, at meeting with members of the government in a videoconference mode it suggested to cancel issue of medical certificates in private clinics, to enter "courses of the young fighter" before obtaining the hunting ticket and to raise the age qualification for purchases the weapon.
