The Habezsky interdistrict prosecutor obliged representative local governments to bring into accord with the law of provision of charters of municipalities

The Habezsky interdistrict prosecutor's office analysed provisions of charters of municipalities (Charters). It is revealed that contrary to requirements of the federal legislation in Charters there are provisions contradicting the federal legislation. In defiance of Art. 44 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 6 October 2003 No. 131-FZ "On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation" expired the semi-annual terms provided by the law for modification of the federal legislation of Charters of 9 rural settlements of Habez district and 4 rural settlements Abazinsky district.
