Chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov stated such opinion at Friday online meeting of Security Council of United Nations, devoted to a subject "maintenance of an international peace and safety". Together with the Chinese colleague Van I it fell upon Washington D.C. and Brussels with criticism for practice of "illegal unilateral sanctions".
