The vice governor of Petersburg Valery Ivanovich Pikalev responded to the request of deputies of Legislative assembly of the city concerning alleged construction of apart-hotel in Petrogradsky district on Levashovsky Avenue. The authorities promised to consider interests of Petersburgers. The Petersburg deputies directed on March 31 inquiry to the governor of Petersburg Alexander Beglov and asked to refuse site building on Levashovsky Avenue.
