The head of municipality Serbia Preshevo the ethnic Albanian Shchiprim Arifi together with the Albanian deputy in Parliament of Republic of Serbia Ardzhend Bayrami met on April 9 the head of parliament Kosovo the Commander-in-chief Konyuftsey.
