Chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Ivanovich Kuleba with the requirement to Russian Federation "to open access" to Republic of Crimea is pathos and ineffectual. Such position on Friday, March 12, was stated by the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Ruslan Balbek. "Everything who wants to arrive to Republic of Crimea, come: both tourists, and foreign politicians, but according to the Russian rules of visit of the peninsula.
