Competition took place "Miss Spring" in a colony of Province of East Kazakhstan. For a title of the winner four participants fought. Ladies thoroughly prepared for each stage: thought over and sewed dresses, worked over creative numbers, thought over the performance program. The chief of a female colony, the representative of prosecutor's offices were a part of jury the Zharminsky area, the representative of RGP "Enbek" the deputy chief of UIS Department on Province of East Kazakhstan the colonel of justice Baltabaev Galymzhan.
