Information for recipients of the alimony

Prosecutor's office Uporovo district Tyumen region informs on the right of the recipient of the alimony to collect with guilty of untimely payment of the alimony of the person a penalty and the losses caused by delay of execution of alimentary obligations. As appears from provisions of article 1 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 1995 No. 223-FZ "On the Family Code of the Russian Federation" the motherhood, paternity and the childhood to Russian Federation are under protection of the state. Child care is guaranteed by the state and includes protection of property rights and interests of children.
