The former head of Mikhailovka admitted guilt in an abuse of authority

In Mihailovsky raion district court Volgograd oblast passed debate on criminal case concerning the ex-mayor Sergei Fomin. The former head is accused of abuse of powers of office. The state prosecutor asked at meeting of vessels to find the defendant guilty of act incriminated to it and to appoint to it a penalty in 300 thousand rubles, and also to deprive of the right to hold positions in public authorities and local government for a period of one year.
