The Petersburg businessman Eugenie Prigozhin gave the comment for daily online edition "Nakanune.Ru" about the uncoordinated actions which have taken place in the last Saturday, January 23, in Saint Petersburg. His words were published in official group of the press service of Company "Concord" in social network "VKontakte". The fact of that people took part in an unauthorized action, is explained by a long pandemic, Eugenie Prigozhin considers. Petersburgers simply missed mass actions and decided to warm up feet.
