On Thursday the representative of the Belarusian opposition Svetlana Tikhanovskaya arrived to the Kadriorgsky palace where met the president Estonia Kersti Kalyulayd. Svetlana Tikhanovskaya arrived to Estonia to take part in virtual meeting UN Security Council, devoted to a freedom of speech in Belarus.
