The secretary general of United Nations) Antonio Guterres appointed the UN Kubish Ian to a position of the special envoy to Lybia, reports the press service of United Nations. "Kubish Ian possesses long-term experience in diplomacy, policy of external safety and the economic relations both at the international level, and in the country" — is spoken in the organization statement.
