Arbitration court of Sverdlovsk region refused on January 13 to the Ekaterinburg diocese of RO Russian Orthodox church to MT who asked to accelerate consideration of the case about recognition of the property right to the temple in honor of an icon of the Mother of God "Sporitelnitsa of bread". The church is part of a complex of the Sredneuralsk female monastery controlled by supporters of the lake of Sergiya (Romanov).
