JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSNANO" will sell a share in the Energy from Waste project for 7,5 billion rubles

The transaction on 7,5 billion rubles on repayment of a share JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSNANO" is in the Energy from Waste project on a closing stage. About it on December 2 reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily". As it is noted in the message, the share JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSNANO" in investment association "First Ecological Fund" (PEF) of 33,9% will be sold to "RT-Invest" and it to shareholder — GARAGE COOPERATIVE "ROSTEKH". At this PEF is the only owner of the Energy from Waste project which total cost managers of "RT-Invest" estimate at 40-50 billion rubles. Thus GARAGE COOPERATIVE "ROSTEKH" already owns a share in "The first ecological fund", however its volumes are not known...
