Residents of Novosibirsk issued tens of thousands of houses on "country amnesty"

In 14 years of action of "country amnesty", since September, 2006, to Novosibirsk Region 186,5 thousand rights of citizens were registered. In peak of registration in 2010 residents of Novosibirsk issued the rights for 40 thousand individual houses and the country land plots, reports Federal Registration Service. However, over the last 5 years, demand for "country amnesty" in the region decreased. In 2020 of the right for garden and residential buildings and land plots issued slightly more than 1 thousand people. State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, in the third reading, adopted the bill expanding "country amnesty" and prolonging it for five years — till March 1, 2026...
