Owners of industrial enterprises will pay for elimination of ecological harm

The Cabinet of Ministers finishes preparation of the bill which confers this responsibility on the owner the Government finishes development the bill which, in case of its acceptance, will confer on owners of the industrial enterprises financial responsibility on elimination of harm to environment regardless of, whether is the owner the person which has done harm or not. It was declared supervising ecology in the government by the Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko at meeting with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
