The bill of measures of impact on the foreign companies for Internet censorship concerning the Russian citizens will be introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in November, journalists of information agency "ITAR-TASS" reported on October 27 with reference to the source close to development of the document.
