Opinion: In Chile cancelled Pinochet's Constitution

After fascist junta in Bolivia, last Sunday on plebiscite in Chile, Pinochet's constitution fell also. 78% voted (from 51% which have come to elections of voters) supported refusal of the old Constitution and adoption of the new democratic Constitution not connected with Pinochet's mode.
