Such prevention was made by providers whom the analytical agency interrogated LLC "Telecom Deyli". Near ⅔ respondents declared that to Russian Federation the N of 10-15% will grow the cost of services operators of a fixed telephony, including suppliers Internet, paid TV, a telephony.
