New rules of training in higher education institutions: order Mikhail Mishustin

Since January 1, 2021 new rules of target training are entered into Russian Federation in colleges and higher education institutions. The resolution on it was signed by the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin, reports KONKURENT.RU. In particular, responsibility for the educational organizations which direct entrants on target training is established, and after undertake to take them to itself for work. In case of refusal in employment such organizations will compensate to budget expenses on training of the contract specialist.
