"It is necessary to change philosophy budgets": Valentina Matviyenko suggested to raise taxes for companies for conclusion of means in offshore

The chairman Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko suggested to raise tax for companies which remove means in offshore, and to lower for the enterprises investing in creation of workplaces. According to her, such measures have to stimulate business more to invest money in development. Experts are sure that the sounded initiative is continuation of a course of the Russian authorities on a deofshorization and will allow to bring in additional incomes to budget.
