INTERFAX-VOLGA REGION - Deputies of City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod the seventh convocation at meeting on Tuesday elected the chairman Oleg Lavrichev, the correspondent reports information agency "Interfaks". Oleg Lavrichev voted for candidate of 26 deputies, two expressed against, four refrained.
