The governor Ryazan Region Nicholas Lyubimov held on September 28 a ceremony of delivery of certificates on entering on the Honour roll Ryazan Region citizens and legal entities. "It is 48 leaders of productions", – Nicholas Lyubimov in the social networks wrote. In the press release of Oblpravitelstvo it is said that the ceremony "was held with observance of all necessary sanitary and epidemiologic requirements".
