India plans to stimulate producers of accumulators for electric cars

According to the document which has been available for information agency "Reuters", India plans to offer 4,6 billion dollars as incentives to companies, productions creating front lines on release of accumulators. So the state seeks to promote distribution of electric cars and to reduce the dependence on oil.
