Pskov Region suggest to spend days in Vitebsk

Days Pskov Region are offered to carry out in Vitebsk, and days Region of Vitebsk — in Pskov. Such initiative was taken by the governor Pskov Region Mikhail Vedernikov at a meeting with the chairman Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Nicholas Nikolaevich Sherstnev on September 25.
