On State of Alaska decided to demolish a monument to the head of the Russian settlements of the end to XVIII – the beginning of the XIX century to Baranova Alexandra. The monument is established in the city of Sitka which was once New Arkhangelsk. As reports the Politnavigator edition, to dismantle a monument aboriginals – Indians tlinkity demanded. They consider that Rams was the racist responsible for destruction of local population. It is interesting that thus the head of the Russian settlements even was married to the girl from a local tribe and had from her three children.
