Council of Europe did not recognize Alexander Lukashenko as the legitimate President of the Republic Belarus

In EU consider that the inauguration which has taken place in Wednesday Alexander Lukashenko is deprived of democratic legitimacy, and also conducts to growth of crisis which began after presidential election to Belarus.
