The deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Eugenie Alekseevich Fedorov suggested to compensate expenditure for services private kindergartens to families which did not receive a place in the budgetary preschool institution. Eugenie Alekseevich Fedorov wrote the letter addressed to the head Minprosveshcheniya Sergei Kravtsov in which noted that the Constitution guarantees to citizens general availability and free of charge preschool educations. However, as Eugenie Alekseevich Fedorov noted, not all parents of children who stand in a queue in preschool educational institution, can receive in time there a place.
