In Usolye-Sibirskoye the staff of traffic polices during prosecution detained the drunk truck driver

Employees of State traffic inspectorates Intermunicipal department Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation "Usolsky" detained the truck driver operating the vehicle without the driving license in an alcohol intoxication. In the morning on September 17 inspectors of traffic police noticed the Nissan Condor truck, Angarsk in the direction Cheremkhovo who made dangerous maneuvers on the carriageway.
