The prosecutor Zabaykalsky Territory Maxime Yershov and Commissioner for Human Rights in of the Zabaykalsky Territory Khlyzov Nicholas signed the agreement on interaction and cooperation in the field of providing guarantees of the state protection of the rights and freedoms of the person.
