Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) postponed introduction of penalties for not connection to system of fast payments for banks with the universal license until January 1, 2021, follows from the message on a regulator site. "Banks with the universal license which will not manage to be connected to system of fast payments (SBP) by October 1, 2020, will be able to make it later ‒ till January 1, 2021 ‒ without sanctions from the regulator", ‒ Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) is told in the message.
