Benksi lost the rights for one of the works because of refusal to open the personality

The trademark British street art of the artist Benksi was under the threat because of the lost case on the rights for the image of the well-known Graffiti "Rage (The thrower of flowers)", reported newspaper "The Guardian". According to its data, Benksi lost the case against companies greeting cards of Full Color Black which claimed that has the right to use Graffiti because of anonymity of his founder. Representatives of Benksi, "Management on pest control", in 2014 successfully submitted an application for a trademark of Council of Europe to Flower Thrower, however this week it was cancelled.
