To Belarus the 23-year-old deaf-and-dumb inhabitant of Gomel tried to make responsible for "active participation" in protest meeting. According to the investigators, the man by the name of Alexander allegedly "loudly cried out slogans" during an action, reports "Radio Freedom". Security officers detained Alexander on August 12 at a bus stop. Mother of the detainee told that OMON seized him and dragged in the paddywagon.
