MOSCOW, on September 16, 2020 – Russian Federation is included in ten the countries of the world which has reached the best indicators in part of development the human capital over the last ten years. It is reflected in the last updated option of the Index of the Human Capital (IHC) prepared by World Bank. The Index of the human capital of 2020 included data on a state of health and education over 174 countries of which 98 percent of a world's population are the share.
