The situation which has developed round the Belarusian crisis, is today in a condition of fragile balance. On the one hand, street protests, though become less numerous, all the same do not fall down, involving in itself all new social groups and generating new organizational formats. On the other hand, Alexander Lukashenko, having dexterously changed the rhetoric on pro-Russian while keeps in power, leaning on Moscow resources.
