Feed with breakfasts: funds for hot meals till a dinner do not hold out

Since September 1 pupils of the 1-4th classes will be able to receive free of charge at school hot meals. Funds for realization of this order of the president are brought to regions and already started accustoming, reported to daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" the director and the teacher from different parts of the country. However rules mean only one reception of hot food — either a breakfast, or a dinner. The second usually is more expensive, and therefore in the majority of educational institutions children will be able to eat at the expense of the state only in the morning.
