"In days 16,4 cm of a precipitation dropped out, people were lost, the significant material damage" is caused, - the governor of the central region Tikhua Moussa Abdurakhaman declared. He noted that there was a strong flood of the river Niger. Because of floods of 53 thousand people were dispossessed, 6,2 thousand households strongly suffered.
