Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow registered on August 5 claim LLC "SBERBANK FAKTORING", demanding to collect from Russian Federation in the person of Federal Bailiffs' Office more than 1,1 billion rubles, follows from information in a card file of arbitration affairs. By the third parties in claim are specified Department of federal bailiff service of Saint Petersburg, one of police officers-performers of it of managements, and also Public joint-stock company joint-stock commercial bank "Absolyut bank".
