"We, probably, have to make it" – Nicholas Lyubimov about increase of salaries to employees of state institutions

To the staff of public institutions Ryazan Region since October 1 will increase salary. The relevant decision is approved at meeting of Government of Ryazan region on August 4. Funds for it will allocate from regional budgets, proceeding from the predicted rate of inflation which is not exceeding three percent. Salary for three percent will be raised all civil servant of establishments by Ryazan Region: these are state, budgetary and autonomous establishments, the minister of work Yemets Valery reported.
