The Pechora Transport prosecutor's office through court demands to eliminate violations at operation of the self-propelled ferry

The Pechora Transport prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation regulating rules of ensuring safety of navigation on an internal water transport. It is established that the shipowner, operating the self-propelled Baltic ferry without document of compliance of system of managements safety vessels, does not observe the requirement Federal law of the Russian Federation of 7 March 2001 No. 24-FZ "On the Code of Inland Water Transport of the Russian Federation". Prosecutor's office brought representation, however violations of the law were not eliminated.
