The naval doctrines "Ocean Board-2020" began under the leadership of the commander-in-chief of the Navy of Russia the admiral Nicholas Yevmenov. Traditionally, after the Main naval parade, the doctrines "Ocean Board-2020" are carried out to water areas of the Baltic Sea with forces of the Navy which were taking part in parade in Saint Petersburg and Kronstadt, and group of the Baltic fleet for check of their actual readiness to the solution of tasks on mission.
