Chinese is absent in the list of the foreign languages offered as facultative by the pupil of the Indian high schools, on August 1 reports the Indian TV channel NDTV. Such list of foreign languages was presented together with the program of new educational policy to India. Thus in the early version the list included Chinese. Also in the final version of the list the Korean, Russian, Portuguese and Thai languages are added. Now it is not clear, whether means an exception of Chinese of the list a ban of its studying at the level of schools. Lack of Chinese in the list...
