The governor Kostroma Region Sergei Konstantinovich Sitnikov signed the resolution which approves an order of payments the single monetary helps to parents for training of children for school. Eight thousand families of first graders of the region will be able to use a new measure of the support developed at the initiative of the head of the region. In the middle of June the governor set the task to develop the long-term program of payments to families in which children go to the first class for authorities.
