July 30. information agency "Interfaks" - the Government is going to exclude from a comprehensive plan of developments the main infrastructure (KPMI) port projects, investors which repeatedly broke terms of input or do not confirm the declared investments, writes newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to protocol to the governmental commission on transport of July 21. Alternative to an exception can become transfer of terms of input of railway and road infrastructure in the direction of ports which is under construction at the expense of the state, follows from protocols.
