Wooden ceiling overlappings collapsed in a two-storeyed apartment house in Novosibirsk. Fragments of a ceiling killed the 79-year-old man. In the house No. 2 on Vladimirovsky descent rescuers knew of a collapse at 09.16 (05.16 Moscow time), the press service of Head department of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters on Novosibirsk region reports. It is noted that the approximate area of a collapse made eight square meters. Now rescuers establish the reason of state of emergency and estimate a condition of all overlappings in this house.
