The plan for a conclusion of part of the American military contingent from Germany will strengthen fighting capacity of NATO and there is the instrument of "control" Russian Federation. It was declared by the official representative of United States Department of Defense Jonathan Rat Hoffman. In the next weeks an initiative will discuss with the congress where the part of democrats and republicans oppose reduction of military presence of United States of America to Germany.
