Tariffs for housing and communal services to Russian Federation since July 1 will grow on the average by 4%

Since July 1 tariffs for housing and communal services to Russian Federation will grow on the average by 4%, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The government approved indexes of increase of tariffs in October, 2019. The smallest growth of tariffs is planned in Nenets Autonomous District – 2,4%, and the greatest in Chechen Republic – 6,5%. In Moscow tariffs will grow by 5%, in Saint Petersburg – for 3,8%. Municipal tariffs to Russian Federation are indexed since 2013 of times a year since July 1. Exception made 2019 when because of VAT increase to 20% was decided to refuse indexation.
