On isolation Internet to Russian Federation cancelled doctrines because of Koronavirus

Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation declared cancellation "doctrines on RuNet isolation", planned for June 20. About it with reference to the press service of department reports information agency "Interfaks". On doctrines it was supposed to fulfill "counteraction to threats of stability of a RuNet in case of malfunction of a fragment of the Network" or in conditions of "external influences of natural and technogenic character".
