The unblocking of Telegram will allow a messenger to increase the audience to Russian Federation, including at the expense of state structures, and also to increase the advertizing income by 10%, analysts consider as interrogated daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya". On June 18 — after two years of unsuccessful fight against a messenger — Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications in coordination with the State Office of Public Prosecutor removed requirements for restriction of access to it.
