On June 1, 2020 the governor of Penza Region Yvan Aleksandrovich Belozertsev signed the resolution on the beginning of 1 stage of mitigation of a mode of the increased readiness. Resume work of the enterprise and the organization of the sphere of services, trades nonfood goods with an area of trading floor up to 400 sq.m in the presence of a separate external (street) entrance to object trades and observance of limit number of persons who trades, proceeding from calculation one person on 4 sq.m can be at the same time in a trading floor of objects.
